All heart wands are cut out of stiff felt, then stuffed with filling, and hand-sewn shut for a puffy 3D heart effect. Your lovely phrase is then cut from felt and glued onto the heart, along with a wood dowel. All wands are finished with a few whimsical yarn, tulle, and ribbon pieces. Wands measure ~11-14".
